The CCME Convention is organized by a several committees working in cooperation with our convention organizer, EventCamp.

The Oversight Committee is a volunteer committee that oversees all progress in organizing the convention.

The Technical Program Committee is responsible for contacting all speakers and poster presenters. The committee works with the Convention Coordinator and the Convention Organizer.

The Sponsorship Committee is responsible for creating the sponsorship program and acquiring sponsors to support the convention. The committee works with the Convention Coordinator.

The Marketing Committee is responsible for website development and upkeep, social media posts and media inquiries. The committee works with the Convention Coordinator.
