Engagement: Honesty, Empathy, and Equity

This talk will ask you to consider how honesty (starting with historical and today’s truth) can build empathy; then discuss why a trauma-informed process (empathy) could lead to successful partnerships (equity) between the Indigenous Peoples and the mineral industry.
