Tom Provost is a partner and lawyer at MLT Aikins LLP in Winnipeg. His practice is focused in mining, Indigenous engagement and consultation, corporate finance, securities, corporate/commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. He regularly acts for mining issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Nasdaq, the TSX Venture Exchange, and the Canadian Securities Exchange in connection with a broad range of matters. Prior to joining MLT Aikins LLP, Mr. Provost practised as a lawyer in Montreal, Quebec at BCF LLP and McMillan LLP. He serves as corporate secretary and as a director of a number of publicly listed junior mining companies and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2012 and of The Law Society of Manitoba since 2017.
